As part of our monthly Wellbeing Webinar Series, Sequoia’s Advisory Team, Shannon Arens, Wellbeing Consulting Manager and Jackie Ishibashi, Global Wellbeing Consultant, led this month’s topic, “Your 2024 Wellbeing Strategy.”

During the conversation, we discussed the definition of wellbeing and core values, how to reflect on your previous year, how to visualize2024 by building out a personal wellbeing strategy, how to create an action plan to keep the momentum going as you strive towards your wellbeing goals, and so much more!

You can catch up by viewing the recording.

Here are a few key takeaways from the webinar:

  • Defining our own wellbeing is more than just physical fitness. It is a combination of our mental, emotional, financial, and physical health that are shaped by our individual values and experiences.
  • Taking time to reflect on your previous year’s wellbeing goals will help in setting up achievable wellbeing goals for this year, making sure to tie your goals to your individual core values.
  • Using Wheel of Life model exercises can help to create a visual display of all areas of our life at once and see where we most need improvement.
  • Sustainable wellbeing goals are the key to building a 2024 vision and action plan. Be sure to start small, focus on one habit at a time, make sure your goals are clear and actionable, find a way to track your progress and finally, establish a routine that allows you to be consistent in your wellbeing journey.
