An estimated 1 in 10 youth live with a diagnosable mental health condition.

As part of our commitment to health and wellbeing, Sequoia is championing youth mental health by putting a spotlight on the work of our non-profit partner Bring Change to Mind (BC2M), an organization that works to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness.

From February 22-26, join us in a weeklong social media campaign by re-sharing our LinkedIn posts with your team members, family, and friends.

If you haven’t already, make sure to click “Follow” at the top of our page so you don’t miss any posts.

Every day, we’ll share a suggested activity tied to a mental health topic:

Other ways to support youth mental health:

  1. Attend our largest conference of the year, The Grove, March 4th, where we’ll feature BC2M.
  2. Learn more about BC2M.
  3. Help end the stigma around mental health and save lives, by donating to the cause.

It’s more important than ever to help youth endure challenging times. By empowering them with the tools to be resilient and providing access to the support they need to improve and maintain their mental health, we can make a meaningful difference.
