As we prepare for end of the year, we are recommending that if you partnered with Sequoia One after January 1st, you should follow up with your previous provider to ensure the following items are being handled by them:
- W-2 Forms will be sent to employees. Inquire how forms will be distributed to employees (electronic or paper).
- Confirm annual returns will be processed.
Please also be on the lookout for Unemployment Rate Notices that states will be sending to your offices. These will advise you of your 2016 Unemployment Rate Notice for states which Sequoia is required to report using your unique tax identification number. Once received, please forward the notice to Sequoia to update your account.
