Sequoia Simplifies Open Enrollment for Distributed Workforces with Company Benefits sites
People-driven employers can now offer their employees a convenient digital experience to access benefit plans and programs in one place
SAN FRANCISCO – November 19, 2020 – Sequoia, a pioneer in Total People Investment today announced Company Benefits sites, a unique solution that further expands its offering for employers who are looking to make their benefits information easily accessible to employees and their families.
As companies navigate the complexities of managing a distributed workforce, they need a simple solution to communicate their benefits offerings. Company Benefits sites provides a comprehensive digital experience for employees to discover, learn, and compare every benefit plan and program available to them, during Open Enrollment and year-round.
Since its initial launch, more than 51,000 employees use Company Benefits sites to access their individually tailored benefits options from wherever they are in the world. Based on current demand, Sequoia estimates that more than 100,000 employees will use the sites by January 1, 2021. Accessible on the desktop, mobile web, or and Sequoia’s industry best mobile app, Company Benefits sites simplifies decision-making and delivers all the information employees need to understand and select their benefits, including:
- Cost and program details for each benefit plan and program
- Interactive plan comparison tool
- Educational videos, FAQs, and glossary of common terms
- Guidance on how to complete open enrollment
Company Benefits sites are easily customizable, allowing HR teams the ability to change imagery, content, and pages so they can make the site feel like their own and manage the employee experience. As an extension of Sequoia’s already herald benefits experience for employees, with Company Benefits sites, employers also have access to Sequoia’s resource library of communication templates to keep employees informed of key actions and tutorials on how to manage and edit the microsite.
“In today’s distributed work environment with traditional in-person open enrollment presentations no longer an option, people need to access information about their benefits differently,” said Greg Golub, founder and CEO of Sequoia. “Company Benefits provides an on-demand, fully digital education solution that gives employees the information they need to make critical decisions in a format that’s easy-to-understand, easy-to-use, and accessible from anywhere.”
Golub added, “With benefits offerings evolving this year, we are committed to helping our clients support their employees by effectively communicating these changes and helping engage their employees to discover and take advantage of the programs and options they need the most.”
