About the vendor experience
What’s included:

How do we build our booth?
If we confirm your participation as a vendor, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit the content for your virtual booth. Please reach out to events@sequoia.com if you have not heard from us. The deadline to submit your content is Wednesday, June 30th.
What types of documents can we add to our booth?
You can add videos, images, and PDFs (file types PDF, MP4, JPEG, and PNG). There is a max file size of 250 MB.
When will we get access to see the live experience?
You’ll be able to access the live experience on July 20th. More information on how to access the event platform will be coming in the weeks leading up to the event.
What are the staffing requirements for our booth?
Please select one team member to be listed as the designated representative for your company’s booth. Event participants who are interested in connecting can reach out through our platform, with your representative notified via email. Please make sure you submit an email address that you monitor often, as we highly encourage a response time of no more than 2 hours during business days.
Will I need a team member to be at our booth for the entire event?
No, you will only need 1 representative from your team to be online and available via email. There is no requirement to be at your booth physically in the platform.
How will we be notified when someone visits our booth?
Throughout the duration of the series, participants can explore the vendor expo and will have the opportunity to reach out to you in a few ways. They can share their information with you and opt in to be contacted or reach out to you directly via email. More specific instructions on how this process works will be coming in a few weeks.
