  • Golden Gate Bridge: Walk, bike, or drive across this world-famous suspension bridge for stunning views.
  • Alcatraz Island: Tour the historic (and infamous) former prison located on an island in the bay.
  • Fisherman’s Wharf & Pier 39: A lively waterfront area filled with shops, seafood restaurants, and sea lions.

  • Chinatown: The oldest Chinatown in North America — explore its bustling streets, shops, and authentic cuisine.
  • Lombard Street: Known as the “crookedest street in the world,” famous for its tight hairpin turns.
  • Painted Ladies & Alamo Square: Iconic colorful Victorian houses set against the backdrop of the modern skyline.
  • Exploratorium: A fascinating, interactive science and technology museum — fun for all ages.
  • The Ferry Building Marketplace: Great for gourmet food, local artisans, and scenic views of the Bay.
  • Twin Peaks: Drive or hike up panoramic views of the entire city, especially beautiful at sunset.
