Marketing Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sequoia Benefits, LLC (www.sequoia.com) seeks to hire a Marketing Financial Analyst to support the Client Service and Sales teams with the design and analysis of employee benefit programs and the creation of client internal communications materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze data and generate reports, spreadsheets and presentations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and marketing packets for client meetings
  • End-to-end project management experience to drive efficiency
  • Deliver creative solutions for marketing presentations
  • Field vendor, carrier and client calls as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of marketing and support experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive thinker; able to anticipate, identify and resolve problems quickly
  • Ability to interface effectively with others and build strong relationships
  • Self-starter that is eager to learn and grow
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree required
