Marketing Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sequoia Benefits, LLC (www.sequoia.com) seeks to hire a Marketing Financial Analyst to support the Client Service and Sales teams with the design and analysis of employee benefit programs and the creation of client internal communications materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze data and generate reports, spreadsheets and presentations in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare proposals, presentations and marketing packets for client meetings
End-to-end project management experience to drive efficiency
Deliver creative solutions for marketing presentations
Field vendor, carrier and client calls as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of marketing and support experience in a professional services environment
Strong analytical skills and proactive thinker; able to anticipate, identify and resolve problems quickly
Ability to interface effectively with others and build strong relationships
Self-starter that is eager to learn and grow
Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's Degree required
