Client Service Manager

We are seeking a Client Service Manager who will be responsible for providing consultative support to develop and maintain relationships with Sequoia Benefits clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All aspects of client management including client implementation, day-to-day client service and renewal management
  • Evaluating, designing, implementing and maintaining client benefit programs
  • Educating clients on the administration of benefit plans and compliance issues
  • Acting as the liaison between the client and vendors/carriers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 + years of Client service/Sales/or Recruiting experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels within a corporate organization (HR, CEO, CFO, etc.)
  • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
  • Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Human Resources and/or Employee Benefits experience with a broker or carrier a plus (Industry-specific training will be provided)
  • Bachelors Degree required
