The survey is a wonderful compilation of benchmarks from tech company leaders like yourself about the investments that they are making in employee experience. The data is analyzed and assembled into a report shared with only with survey participants. Here is a copy of the 2015-2016 report for reference.
This year’s program is expanded to cover key questions for finance leaders, as well as the HR/People leader topics it has traditionally housed which includes: benefit offerings, retirement programs, business insurance, wellbeing practices, and much more.
